And whosoever does deeds of righteousness, being a believer, no unthankfulness shall befall his endeavour; We Ourselves write it down for him. 94 And a ban is laid on every town (population) which We have destroyed that they shall not return (to this world again, nor repent to Us). 95 Until when [the dam of] Gog and Magog has been opened and they, from every elevation, descend 96 And the True Promise draweth nigh; then behold them, staring wide (in terror), the eyes of those who disbelieve! (They say): Alas for us! We (lived) in forgetfulness of this. Ah, but we were wrong-doers! 97 “Indeed you* and all that you worship** besides Allah, are the fuel of hell; in it you must go.” (* All disbelievers ** Idols and disbelievers who claimed to be Gods. The Prophets like Eisa and Uzair who were worshipped are exempt from this, and so are Maryam, and trees and the moon etc.) 98 Had these indeed been gods they would not have gone there. But (as it is), all of you shall ever abide in it." 99 There, sobbing will be their lot, nor will they there hear (aught else). 100 Surely (as for) those for whom the good has already gone forth from Us, they shall be kept far off from it; 101 They will not even hear the slightest sound from it while enjoying the best that they can wish for in their everlasting life. 102 They will not be affected by the great terror. The angels will come to them with this glad news: "This is your day which was promised to you." 103 The day when We shall roll up the heavens as the recording angel rolls up the register of deeds; We shall make him similar to Our making him the first time; this is a promise upon Us; We certainly have to do it. 104 Before this We wrote in the Psalms, after the Message (given to Moses): My servants the righteous, shall inherit the earth." 105 Verily in this is a preaching for a people who are worshippers. 106 And [thus, O Prophet,] We have sent thee as [an evidence of Our] grace towards all the worlds. 107 Say: "It has but been revealed unto me that your God is the One and Only God: will you, then, surrender yourselves unto Him?" 108 If they turn back, say: 'I have warned you all alike, though I cannot tell whether what you are promised is imminent or distant. 109 "Verily, He knows all that is said openly, just as He [alone] knows all that you would conceal. 110 I do not know (why God has commanded me to warn you of the torment). Perhaps it is a trial for you and a respite for an appointed time". 111 And the Prophet submitted, “My Lord – render the true judgement”; “And only the help of Our Lord, the Most Gracious, is sought against all what you fabricate.” 112
