Say, (Muhammad), "Ask help from those whom you worship besides God. They do not possess an atom's weight in the heavens and the earth, have no share therein, nor will any of their idols be able to support them." 22 And before Him, intercession can be of no avail [to any] save one in whose case He may have granted leave [there for]: so much so that when the terror [of the Last Hour] is lifted from their hearts, they [who have been resurrected] will ask [one another,] "What has your Sustainer decreed [for you]?" - [to which] the others will answer, "Whatever is true and deserved - for He alone is exalted, great!" 23 ۞ Proclaim, “Who provides you sustenance from the sky and the earth?” Proclaim, “Allah – and indeed either we or you are upon guidance, or in open error.” 24 Say: You will not be questioned as to what we are guilty of, nor shall we be questioned as to what you do. 25 Say: Our Lord will gather us together, then will He judge between us with the truth; and He is the greatest Judge, the All-knowing. 26 Say to them, "Show me those whom you have joined with Him as partners. No indeed! For He alone is God, the Mighty One, the Wise One." 27 NOW [as for thee, O Muhammad,] We have not sent thee otherwise than to mankind at large, to be a herald of glad tidings and a warner; but most people do not understand [this,] 28 Instead they say: "When is this promise going to be, if you speak the truth?" 29 Say: 'You have the tryst of a day that you shall not put back by a single hour nor put it forward.' 30
