Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Snatchers (Al-Naze'aat) before The Splitting (Al-Inshiqaaq)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
۞ When the sky is cleft asunder; 1 And when the stars have fallen and scattered; 2 And when the seas are made to flow forth, 3 When the graves are overturned, 4 every soul will see the result of its deeds - those recorded before his death and those which will produce either virtue or evil after his death. 5 O man! What is it that lures you away from your bountiful Sustainer, 6 who created you, fashioned you and proportioned you, 7 and composed thee after what form He would? 8 Not at all but rather you deny the establishment of Justice. 9 Surely, there are guardians watching over you, 10 Generous and recording, 11 They know all that you do. 12 Verily, the Abrar (pious and righteous) will be in delight (Paradise); 13 and the libertines shall be in a fiery furnace 14 [a fire] which they shall enter on Judgment Day, 15 and which they shall not [be able to] evade. 16 And what shall teach thee what is the Day of Doom? 17 Again, what will make you know what the Day of Recompense is? 18 It is the Day when a soul will not possess for another soul [power to do] a thing; and the command, that Day, is [entirely] with Allah. 19
Almighty Allah's Truth.

Notes and Instructions
ColorfulQuran.com displays pages in one of three Arabic fonts. Each may appear with a one-third chance, adding more diversity to the already diverse colors. And the words remain unchanged forever. ColorfulQuran.com will have more beautiful fonts soon, God willing.
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
