The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

By the snorting courses, 1 And striking off fire by dashing their hoofs. 2 And scouring to the raid at dawn 3 thereby raising clouds of dust, 4 And cleaving their way therein into the host, 5 Surely Man is ungrateful to his Lord, 6 And to that (fact) he bears witness (by his deeds); 7 and surely he loves riches with a passionate loving. 8 ۞ Does he not know that when that which is in the graves is overthrown, 9 And that which is (locked up) in (human) breasts is made manifest- 10 indeed, on that Day their Lord will be aware of them! 11

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
