Destiny (Al-Qadr)
5 verses, revealed in Mecca after He Frowned ('Abasa) before The Sun (Al-Shams)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Verily! We have sent it (this Quran) down in the night of Al-Qadr (Decree) 1 Ah, what will convey unto thee what the Night of Power is! 2 Better is the Night of Determination than a thousand months. 3 On this Night, the angels and the spirit descend by the permission of their Lord with His decree (to determine everyone's destiny). 4 (The night is) Peace until the rising of the dawn. 5
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
