Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Have you seen one who denies the Day of Judgement? 1 That is the one who treats the orphan with harshness, 2 And does not urge (others) to feed the poor. 3 Woe to the worshippers 4 Who are heedless of their prayer; 5 Those who make a display (of their deeds). 6 Who are uncharitable even over very small things. 7

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
