What, do the unbelievers reckon that they may take My servants as friends, apart from Me? We have prepared Gehenna for the unbelievers' hospitality. 102 Say, [O Muhammad], "Shall we [believers] inform you of the greatest losers as to [their] deeds? 103 [They are] those whose effort is lost in worldly life, while they think that they are doing well in work." 104 They are those who deny the Signs of their Lord and the fact of their having to meet Him (in the Hereafter): vain will be their works, nor shall We, on the Day of Judgment, give them any weight. 105 "That shall be their recompense, Hell; because they disbelieved and took My Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) and My Messengers by way of jest and mockery. 106 [But,] verily, as for those who attain to faith and do righteous deeds - the gardens of paradise will be there to welcome them; 107 Wherein they abide eternally. They will not desire from it any transfer. 108 Say: Though the sea became ink for the Words of my Lord, verily the sea would be used up before the words of my Lord were exhausted, even though We brought the like thereof to help. 109 Say (O Muhammad): "I am no more than a human being like you; one to whom revelation is made: 'Your Lord is the One and Only God.' Hence, whoever looks forward to meet his Lord, let him do righteous works, and let him associate none with the worship of his Lord." 110
