Are ye harder to create or the heaven which He hath builded? 27 He raised its ceiling and proportioned it. 28 And He made its night dark, and started its light. 29 And afterwards spread out the earth. 30 He draweth out therefrom its moisture and its pasture; 31 And the mountains He has fixed firmly; 32 (To be) a provision and benefit for you and your cattle. 33 But when the great predominating calamity comes; 34 The Day whereon man shall remember whatsoever he had striven for. 35 And hell will stand forth visible to him who seeth, 36 Then as for him who waxed exorbitant, 37 And who preferred the life of the world, 38 that blazing fire will truly be the goal! 39 But, whosoever feared the standing before his Lord and prevented the self from desires, 40 Then surely the garden-- that is the abode. 41 They ask you: "When will the Hour be? When is its time fixed?" 42 Wherein art thou (concerned) with the declaration thereof? 43 Unto thy Lord is the Knowledge of the limit fixed therefor. 44 You are only a warner for those who fear such a day. 45 On the Day when they behold it, it will be as if they had lingered but an evening, or, a morning. 46
