It is He who gave you hearing, sight, and hearts, but only few of you give thanks. 78 And He it is Who hath sown you broadcast in the earth, and unto Him ye will be gathered. 79 And He it is Who giveth life and causeth death, and His is the difference of night and day. Have ye then no sense? 80 Nay, but they say the like of what the men of old said. 81 They say, "When we die and become dust and bones, shall we then be raised up again? 82 We and our fathers have been promised this before; this is naught but the fairy-tales of the ancients.' 83 Say, "To whom do the earth and all therein belong? Tell me, if you have any knowledge?" 84 Thereupon they will say, “To Allah”; proclaim, “Therefore why do you not ponder?” 85 Say: "Who is (the) Lord of the seven heavens, and (the) Lord of the Great Throne?" 86 They will surely say: "Allah." Say: "Will you not, then, fear (Allah)?" 87 Ask them, "If you have any knowledge, in whose hands is the ownership of all things? Who is the one who gives protection and yet He Himself is never protected?" 88 They will say, 'God's.' Say: 'How then are you bewitched? 89 Rather, We have brought them the truth, and indeed they are liars. 90 Never did Allah take to Himself a son, and never was there with him any (other) god-- in that case would each god have certainly taken away what he created, and some of them would certainly have overpowered others; glory be to Allah above what they describe! 91 knowing all that is beyond the reach of a created being's perception as well as all that can be witnessed by a creature's senses or mind and hence, sublimely exalted is He above anything to which they may ascribe a share in His divinity! 92
