۞ And We inspired Moses, saying: Take away My slaves by night, for ye will be pursued. 52 Then Pharaoh sent among the cities musterers: 53 (Proclaiming): "Surely they are a small band (of fugitives). 54 "And they are raging furiously against us; 55 And most surely we are a vigilant multitude. 56 We deprived them (the unbelievers) of gardens, springs, 57 and their treasures and excellent dwellings. 58 Thus [We turned them (Pharaoh's people) out] and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit them. 59 At sunrise, they followed them. 60 And when the two groups saw each other, those with Moosa said, “They have caught us.” 61 Said Moosa, “Never! Indeed my Lord is with me, He will now show me the way.” 62 Then We revealed to Moses: 'Strike the sea with your staff', so it divided and each part was as a mighty mount. 63 Then brought We near the others to that place. 64 And We saved Musa (Moses) and all those with him. 65 then, We drowned the others. 66 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 67 Verily your Lord is Immensely Mighty, Ever Compassionate. 68
