Al-Aadeyaat
The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
By the snorting runners (the horses), 1 And strike sparks of fire, 2 Then those charging in the morning 3 thereby raising clouds of dust, 4 dividing the gathering. 5 Indeed mankind, to his Lord, is ungrateful. 6 And most surely he is a witness of that. 7 And indeed he is ardent for the love of good (wealth, becoming greedy). 8 ۞ Does he not know,- when that which is in the graves is scattered abroad 9 And all what lies in the breasts is opened – 10 that on that Day their Sustainer [will show that He] has always been fully aware of them? 11
God the Almighty always says the truth.
