Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
I swear by Ya Sin 1 By the Quran, full of wisdom, 2 verily, thou art indeed one of God's message-bearers, 3 on a Straight Way, 4 This is a revelation sent down from the Majestic and All-merciful 5 In order that thou mayest admonish a people, whose fathers had received no admonition, and who therefore remain heedless (of the Signs of Allah). 6 Indeed the Word (of punishment) has proved true against most of them, so they will not believe. 7 Surely We have placed chains on their necks, and these reach up to their chins, so they have their heads raised aloft. 8 And We have set a bar before them and a bar behind them, and (thus) have covered them so that they see not. 9 The same is it to them whether thou admonish them or thou do not admonish them: they will not believe. 10 You can only warn him who listens to the warning and fears Ar-Rahman secretly. So give him good news of forgiveness and a generous reward. 11 Indeed, it is We who bring the dead to life and record what they have put forth and what they left behind, and all things We have enumerated in a clear register. 12
