Al-Naze'aat 2 of 2
What, are you harder to create than the heaven which He has built? 27 He raised its roof and made it proper. 28 Gave darkness to its night, and brightness to its day; 29 And after that, the earth: wide has He spread its expanse, 30 and brought out of it its water and its pasture, 31 And solidified the mountains. 32 As provision for you and your grazing livestock. 33 When the great calamity comes, 34 on that Day man will [clearly] remember all that he has ever wrought; 35 and when Hell is advanced for whoever sees, 36 Then as for him who is inordinate, 37 And had preferred the life of this world, 38 most surely his abode shall be Hell. 39 But as for him who feared to stand before his Lord and restrained his soul from lust, 40 Then indeed, Paradise will be [his] refuge. 41 They ask you about the hour, when it will come. 42 What do you have to do with explaining it? 43 Your Lord alone knows when it will come; 44 You are only a warner for those who fear such a day. 45 The Day they see it, (It will be) as if they had tarried but a single evening, or (at most till) the following morn! 46

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
