Do the unbelievers, then, believe that they can take any of My creatures as their guardians beside Me? Verily We have prepared Hell to welcome the unbelievers. 102 Say thou: shall I declare unto you the greatest losers in respect of works? 103 "Those whose efforts have been wasted in this life, while they thought that they were acquiring good by their works?" 104 Those are the ones who disbelieve in the verses of their Lord and in [their] meeting Him, so their deeds have become worthless; and We will not assign to them on the Day of Resurrection any importance. 105 That is their recompense - Hell - for what they denied and [because] they took My signs and My messengers in ridicule. 106 As to those who believe and work righteous deeds, they have, for their entertainment, the Gardens of Paradise, 107 where they will live forever and never wish that they should be removed from it. 108 Tell them, "If the ocean became ink for writing the words of my Lord, surely the ocean would be exhausted before the words of my Lord came to an end -- even if We were to add another ocean to it." 109 Say (O Muhammad): "I am no more than a human being like you; one to whom revelation is made: 'Your Lord is the One and Only God.' Hence, whoever looks forward to meet his Lord, let him do righteous works, and let him associate none with the worship of his Lord." 110
