The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Dawn (Al-Fajr) before Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

By the Glorious Morning Light, 1 and by the night when it covers the world with peace: 2 Thy Sustainer has not forsaken thee, nor does He scorn thee: 3 Indeed what is to come will be better for you than what has gone by. 4 soon you will be gratified with what your Lord will give you. 5 Did He not find you an orphan and take care of you? 6 And He found thee wandering, so He guided thee, 7 And He found thee in need, and made thee independent. 8 So do not oppress the orphan, 9 Nor repulse the petitioner (unheard); 10 and proclaim the bounties of your Lord. 11

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
