Wonderful Originator of the heavens and the earth! How could He have a son when He has no consort, and He (Himself) created everything, and He is the Knower of all things. 101 That is Allah, your Lord. There is no god except He, the Creator of all things. Therefore, worship Him. He is the Guardian of all things. 102 The eyes attain Him not, but He attains the eyes; He is the All-subtle, the All-aware. 103 "Now have come to you, from your Lord, proofs (to open your eyes): if any will see, it will be for (the good of) his own soul; if any will be blind, it will be to his own (harm): I am not (here) to watch over your doings." 104 Thus in varied ways We explain Our signs so that they may say: "You have been instructed," and that We might make it clear to those who understand. 105 Therefore, follow what has been revealed to you from your Lord there is no god except Him, and avoid the idolaters. 106 Had God wanted, they would not consider anything equal to Him. God has not appointed you to watch over them nor are you their guardian. 107 But do not revile those [beings] whom they invoke instead of God, lest they revile God out of spite, and in ignorance: for, goodly indeed have We made their own doings appear unto every community. In time, [however,] unto their Sustainer they must return: and then He will make them [truly] understand all that they were doing. 108 And they swear by Allah with the strongest of their oaths, that if a sign came to them they would most certainly believe in it. Say: Signs are only with Allah; and what should make you know that when it comes they will not believe? 109 And We will turn their hearts and their sights, even as they did not believe in it the first time, and We will leave them in their inordinacy, blindly wandering on. 110
