And certainly We lodged the children of Israel in a goodly abode and We provided them with good things; but they did not disagree until the knowledge had come to them; surely your Lord will judge between them on the resurrection day concerning that in which they disagreed. 93 But if you are in doubt as to what We have revealed to you, ask those who read the Book before you; certainly the truth has come to you from your Lord, therefore you should not be of the disputers. 94 nor be of those who have called God's revelations lies lest you become lost. 95 Verily those against whom the word of your Lord is pronounced will never believe, 96 even though every sign comes to them, until they see the painful punishment. 97 Then has there not been a [single] city that believed so its faith benefited it except the people of Jonah? When they believed, We removed from them the punishment of disgrace in worldly life and gave them enjoyment for a time. 98 Had your Lord willed, whosoever is in the earth, all would have believed. Would you then constrain people until they believe? 99 And no soul can accept faith except by the command of Allah; and He sets the punishment upon those who do not have sense. 100 Say: Consider what is it that is in the heavens and the earth; and signs and warners do not avail a people who would not believe. 101 So do they wait except for like [what occurred in] the days of those who passed on before them? Say, "Then wait; indeed, I am with you among those who wait." 102 Then (in the end) We save Our Messengers and those who believe! Thus it is incumbent upon Us to save the believers. 103
