۞ And We had certainly given Abraham his sound judgement before, and We were of him well-Knowing 51 When he said to his father and his people: "What are these idols to which you cling so passionately?" 52 They said, "We found our fathers worshippers of them." 53 He said: 'Truly, you and your fathers are in clear error' 54 They said, "Have you come to us with truth, or are you of those who jest?" 55 He said: "Nay, but your Lord is the Lord of the heavens and the earth which He created and to that I bear witness before you. 56 By Allah, I shall certainly carry out my plan against your gods after you are gone." 57 So he smashed them up to pieces with the exception of the biggest, so that they may turn to it. 58 (When the people came to the temple and saw the broken idols) they asked each other, "Who has done this to our gods? He certainly is an unjust person". 59 Said some [of them]: "We heard a youth speak of these [gods with scorn]: he is called Abraham." 60 Their chiefs said, "Bring him before the eyes of the people and let them testify that he has spoken against the idols." 61 They asked, "Abraham, did you do this to our idols?" 62 He said: "Nay, this was done by - this is their biggest one! ask them, if they can speak intelligently!" 63 Thereupon they turned to their (inner) selves and said (to themselves): "Surely it is you who are the wrong-doers." 64 But then they reversed their minds: 'You know they do not speak' 65 Abraham said, "So, do you worship something instead of God that can neither benefit you nor harm you? 66 Fie upon you and upon that which ye worship beside Allah! Will ye not then reflect? 67 They said: "Burn him, and come to the support of your gods, if you are going to do anything." 68 We said to the fire, "Be cool and peaceful (with Abraham)". 69 And they wished to set a snare for him, but We made them the greater losers. 70 And We rescued him and Lut towards the land which We have blessed for the entire world. 71 And We bestowed upon him Isaac, and Jacob as a grandson. Each of them We made righteous. 72 We made them leaders who guided people by Our command. We revealed to them the doing of good, observance of prayer and the giving of alms and Us alone did they worship. 73 And to Lot We gave judgement and knowledge, and We saved him from the city that was committing wicked deeds. Indeed, they were a people of evil, defiantly disobedient. 74 We admitted him to Our Mercy, he was among the righteous. 75

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
