What, are you stronger in constitution or the heaven He built? 27 High has He reared its vault and formed it in accordance with what it was meant to be; 28 Its night doth He endow with darkness, and its splendour doth He bring out (with light). 29 And after that He spread the earth; 30 and brought out of it its water and its pasture, 31 and the mountains He set firm, 32 [all this] as a means of livelihood for you and your animals. 33 Then when the Grand Calamity shall come 34 The Day when man shall remember what he strove for, 35 and Hell is there for all to see, 36 So as for he who transgressed 37 And had preferred the life of this world, 38 will find himself in Hell; 39 But he who feared to stand before his Lord, and restrained himself from evil desires, 40 shall dwell in Paradise. 41 They question thee of the Hour: when will its arrival be? 42 [But] how couldst thou tell anything about it, 43 This matter is in the hands of your Lord. 44 Thou art but a warner unto him who feareth it. 45 The Day they see it, (it will be) as if they had not tarried (in this world) except an afternoon or a morning. 46
