The Splitting (Al-Inshiqaaq)
25 verses, revealed in Mecca after Shattering (Al-Infitaar) before The Romans (Al-Room)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ When the heaven bursts asunder, 1 And attentive to her Lord in fear, 2 And when the earth is spread out 3 and casts out all that is within and voids itself, 4 And obeys its Lord and it must. 5 O man, you are striving unto your Lord and you will meet Him. 6 Then whoso is given his account in his right hand 7 He shall be reckoned with by an easy reckoning, 8 and he shall return to his people, joyfully, 9 But he who is given the Record behind his back, 10 He will invoke (his) destruction, 11 And will go into the blazing fire. 12 Surely he was (erstwhile) joyful among his followers. 13 Never thinking he will return. 14 But he will indeed! His Lord was ever watching him. 15 I do not need to swear by the sunset, 16 and the night, and what it [step by step] unfolds, 17 And the moon when at the full, 18 You will surely go up level by level. 19 What is the matter with them, that they do not believe 20 and when the Koran is recited to them they do not bow? ۩ 21 Nay, but they who are bent on denying the truth give the lie [to this divine writ]! 22 And Allah knows best what they gather (of good and bad deeds), 23 So give them news of painful punishment, 24 except those that believe, and do righteous deeds -- theirs shall be a wage unfailing. 25
True are the words of God the Almighty.

There are memorization exercises for the original Arabic and English transliterated Arabic modes only. The English translation mode has no memorization exercises.
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
