Do you not see how your Lord stretches the shadow? Had it been His will, He could have made it constant. Then He appointed the sun to be a guide to it; 45 Then He reduces it in gradual steps. 46 And it is Allah Who has ordained the night as a garment for you, and the sleep as a repose of death, and the day as the time of return to life. 47 It is He who sends the winds with auspicious news in advance of His benevolence; and We send pure water down from the sky 48 to revive the barren land and provide water for many creatures, cattle, and people. 49 And We distribute it among them in various ways that they may ponder and reflect; yet most men disdain everything but denial and thanklessness. 50 Had We willed, We would have raised up a separate Warner in each habitation. 51 So obey not the disbelievers, but strive against them (by preaching) with the utmost endeavour, with it (the Quran). 52 ۞ And He it is Who has made two seas to flow freely, the one sweet that subdues thirst by its sweetness, and the other salt that burns by its saltness; and between the two He has made a barrier and inviolable obstruction. 53 It is He who has created the human being from water to have relationships of both lineage and wedlock. Your Lord has all power. 54 Yet do they worship, besides Allah, things that can neither profit them nor harm them: and the Misbeliever is a helper (of Evil), against his own Lord! 55 And We have sent you (O Muhammad SAW) only as a bearer of glad tidings and a warner. 56 Say thou: I ask of you no hire for this, save that whosoever will may take unto his Lord a way. 57 And rely upon the Ever-Living who does not die, and exalt [Allah] with His praise. And sufficient is He to be, with the sins of His servants, Acquainted - 58 Who created the heavens and the earth and whatsoever is in-between them in six days, then He established Himself on the Throne - the Compassionate! so, concerning Him, ask any one informed. 59 And when it is said to them: "Prostrate to the Most Beneficent (Allah)! They say: "And what is the Most Beneficent? Shall we fall down in prostration to that which you (O Muhammad SAW) command us?" And it increases in them only aversion. ۩ 60
