Why should you read the Quran in color? Reading the Quran, no matter how, color, or black on white, is a blessing from Allah. It is worship for which you earn a good deed for each letter, as Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, said. Then why read it in color? Often, reading the Quran continuously, like daily, renders the reading experience monotonous and mechanical, especially that, thanks to Allah, you are so familiar with the Quran, and you know what is coming next. And because you know everything well, you may read a verse, or even an entire surah, while you are busy thinking about something else, like work or family, missing many benefits. Loading each new page differently, with new colors and shapes, re-attracts your attention and refreshes your mind, thus minimizing distraction and promoting focus and concentration.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
