Do you not see that We have sent the devils upon the disbelievers, inciting them to [evil] with [constant] incitement? 83 Therefore be not in haste against them, We only number out to them a number (of days). 84 On the day that We shall muster the godfearing to the All-merciful with pomp 85 and drive the evildoers as herds, into Gehenna 86 who have no power of intercession, except those who have taken a covenant with the Merciful. 87 And they say: 'The Merciful has taken a son' 88 Assuredly ye utter a disastrous thing 89 the heavens might well-nigh burst thereat, and the earth break asunder, and the mountains fall down in pieces, 90 That they ascribe a son (or offspring or children) to the Most Beneficent (Allah). 91 although it is inconceivable that the Most Gracious should take unto Himself a son! 92 There is no one in the heavens and the earth but will come to the Beneficent Allah as a servant. 93 Assuredly He hath comprehended them and counted them a full counting. 94 And each of them is to come to Him on the Day of Judgment alone. 95 Surely (as for) those who believe and do good deeds for them will Allah bring about love. 96 and only to this end have We made this [divine writ] easy to understand, in thine own tongue, [O Prophet,] so that thou might convey thereby a glad tiding to the God-conscious, and warn thereby those who are given to [futile] contention: 97 How many generations living before them did We destroy? Do you find anyone of them around or do you even hear any word from them? 98
