Beholdest thou not that We have sent the satans upon the infidels inciting them by an incitement? 83 So make no haste against them (O Muhammad). We do but number unto them a sum (of days). 84 and on the Day when We will ceremonially gather the righteous to the Merciful, 85 And drive the wicked into Hell like cattle driven to water, 86 [on that Day] none will have [the benefit of] intercession unless he has [in his lifetime] entered into a bond with the Most Gracious. 87 And they say, "The Most Merciful has taken [for Himself] a son." 88 Surely you have made a monstrous statement. 89 The heavens are wellnigh rent of it and the earth split asunder, and the mountains wellnigh fall down crashing for 90 at their ascribing a son to the Most Compassionate Lord. 91 And it does not befit the Most Gracious to choose an offspring! 92 There is none in the heavens and earth except he comes to the Merciful as a worshiper. 93 He has counted them and exactly numbered all; 94 Every one of them shall come to Him upon the Day of Resurrection, all alone. 95 Indeed those who believed and did good deeds – the Most Gracious will appoint love for them. (In the hearts of other believers.) 96 We have made it easy in your own tongue in order that you proclaim the glad tidings to the cautious and give warning to a stubborn nation. 97 for, how many a generation have We destroyed before their time - [and] canst thou perceive any one of them [now,] or hear any whisper of them? 98
