Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Snatchers (Al-Naze'aat) before The Splitting (Al-Inshiqaaq)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ When the heaven becomes cleft asunder, 1 the stars are dispersed, 2 When the oceans begin to flow, 3 And when the graves are laid open, 4 A soul will [then] know what it has put forth and kept back. 5 O man! What hath made thee careless concerning thy Lord, the Bountiful, 6 Who created you, proportioned you, and balanced you? 7 Shaping you into any form He pleased? 8 Even then you deny the Judgement. 9 Yet over you there are watchers, 10 The honourable recorders. 11 They know whatsoever ye do. 12 Most surely the righteous are in bliss, 13 And the Wicked - they will be in the Fire, 14 which they will enter on the Day of Judgment 15 to burn therein. 16 What do you know what the Day of Recompense is? 17 Again, what will make you know what the Day of Recompense is? 18 The day on which no soul shall control anything for (another) soul; and the command on that day shall be entirely Allah's. 19
True are the words of God the Almighty.

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
