And, indeed We gave Our Grace to Musa (Moses) and Harun (Aaron). 114 and We saved them with their nation from a great distress. 115 We helped them and they were victorious. 116 and We gave them the Clear Book, 117 And We guided them on the straight path. 118 and preserved for them a good name among posterity. 119 Peace be upon Moosa and Haroon! 120 That is how We reward those who do good. 121 Verily the twain were of Our bondmen believing. 122 AND, BEHOLD, Elijah [too] was indeed one of Our message-bearers 123 Behold, he said to his people, "Will ye not fear (Allah)? 124 Would you call on Baal and leave the best of creators, 125 God your Lord and Lord of your forefathers?" 126 But they denounced him as a liar, so they will surely be arraigned (for punishment), 127 Except the chosen servants of Allah. 128 We perpetuated his praise in the later generations. 129 "Peace and salutation to such as Elias!" 130 As such We recompense the gooddoers. 131 He was among Our believing worshipers. 132 And Lot too was one of the Messengers. 133 When We delivered him and his followers, all-- 134 Except an old woman, who became of those who stayed behind. 135 Then We destroyed the rest [i.e. the towns of Sodom at the place of the Dead Sea (now) in Palestine].
