With power and skill did We construct the Firmament: for it is We Who create the vastness of pace. 47 And the earth, We have made it a wide extent; how well have We then spread (it) out. 48 And of everything created We two kinds; haply you will remember. 49 Flee, therefore, to Allah. Surely I am a clear warner to you from Him; 50 Do not set up with Allah another god. I am a clear warner to you from Him. 51 Similarly, there came not to those before them any messenger except that they said, "A magician or a madman." 52 Have they arrived at a common understanding concerning this? No; but they are a people given to transgression. 53 (Muhammad), leave them alone and you will not be blamed. 54 Do, however, keep exhorting them; for exhortation benefits those endowed with faith. 55 And [tell them that] I have not created the invisible beings and men to any end other than that they may [know and] worship Me. 56 I do not expect to receive any sustenance from them or that they should feed Me. 57 for, verily, God Himself is the Provider of all sustenance, the Lord of all might, the Eternal! 58 So verily unto those who do wrong there is a portion like unto the portion of their fellows; wherefore let them not ask Me to hasten on. 59 So woe to the unbelievers, for that day of theirs that they are promised. 60
