Commemorate Our Servant Job. Behold he cried to his Lord: "The Evil One has afflicted me with distress and suffering!" 41 Urge with your foot; here is a cool washing-place and a drink. 42 And We bestowed on him his household and along with them the like thereof, out of mercy from us, and a remembrance unto men of understanding. 43 And take in your hand a green branch and beat her with It and do not break your oath; surely We found him patient; most excellent the servant! Surely he was frequent in returning (to Allah). 44 Remember Our votaries Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, men of power and insight. 45 We chose them for a special [purpose] -- proclaiming the message of the Hereafter: 46 And behold, in Our sight they were indeed among the elect, the truly good! 47 And remember Ismail and Al-Yasha and Zulkifl; and they were all of the best. 48 This is a commemoration. Surely for those who take heed for themselves is an excellent place of return -- 49 Gardens of perpetual residence, whose doors will be opened to them. 50 Therein they will recline; therein they will call for fruits in abundance and drinks; 51 ۞ and wherein there shall be with them well-matched, bashful mates. 52 This is what is promised you for the Day of Reckoning. 53 Most surely this is Our sustenance; it shall never come to an end; 54 This [is so]. But indeed, for the transgressors is an evil place of return - 55 Hell, where they will burn, an evil resting-place. 56 This, [then, for them] so let them taste it: burning despair and ice-cold darkness 57 and other such torments. 58 [Its inhabitants will say], "This is a company bursting in with you. No welcome for them. Indeed, they will burn in the Fire." 59 But they will say: 'No, it is you that has no welcome. It was you who brought it upon us, an evil place' 60 They will say: "O Lord, give him who has brought this upon us two times more the torment of Hell;" 61 They say, 'How is it with us, that we do not see men here that we counted among the wicked? 62 Is it that we mistakenly made fun of them; or have they disappeared from our sight?” 63 Surely that is true -- the disputing of the inhabitants of the Fire. 64
