The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

By the chargers panting, 1 by the strikers of fire, 2 then raid by the dawn, 3 and leave behind a cloud of dust 4 and penetrate deep into a host. 5 That man is ungrateful to his Lord 6 To this he himself shall bear witness. 7 for, verily, to the love of wealth is he most ardently devoted. 8 ۞ But does he not know that when the contents of the graves are scattered 9 And that within the breasts is obtained, 10 On that day their Lord surely knows all about them! 11

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
