And heaven -- We built it with might, and We extend it wide. 47 And the earth, We have made it a wide extent; how well have We then spread (it) out. 48 We created two kinds of all things, so that you will remember. 49 Therefore fly to Allah, surely I am a plain warner to you from Him. 50 And do not ascribe divinity to aught side by side with God: verily, I am a plain warner to you from Him!" 51 In the same way no Messenger came to those who lived before them without his people calling him a magician or an insane person. 52 What, have they bequeathed it one to another? Nay, but they are an insolent people. 53 So turn thou from them; thou wilt not be reproached. 54 And remind; the Reminder profits the believers. 55 And I created the jinns and men, only for them to worship Me. 56 [But withal,] no sustenance do I ever demand of them, nor do I demand that they feed Me: 57 Surely God is the All-provider, the Possessor of Strength, the Ever-Sure. 58 So surely those who are unjust shall have a portion like the portion of their companions, therefore let them not ask Me to hasten on. 59 Therefore woe to those who disbelieve because of their day which they are threatened with. 60
