The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
96 verses, revealed in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ When the Event inevitable cometh to pass, 1 Then will no (soul) entertain falsehood concerning its coming. 2 (a calamitous Event) that shall turn things upside down: 3 When the earth is shaken violently, 4 And the mountains will be crushed, blown to bits. 5 and become like scattered dust particles, 6 And ye are classes three. 7 Thus, there shall be such as will have attained to what is right: oh, how [happy] will be they who have attained to what is right! 8 And the companions of the left - what are the companions of the left? 9 Then the foremost, how pre-excellent, 10 They shall be near-stationed (to their Lord), 11 in the Gardens of Bliss. 12 (a throng of the ancients 13 and how few of the later folk) 14 (They will be) on thrones woven with gold and precious stones, 15 reclining on them facing each other; 16 There shall go round unto them youths ever-young. 17 with goblets and ewers, and a cup from a spring 18 a drink by which their minds will not be clouded nor will it cause drunkenness; 19 with fruits of their own choice 20 and such flesh of fowl as they desire, 21 And [for them are] fair women with large, [beautiful] eyes, 22 like hidden pearls, 23 A Reward for the deeds of their past (life). 24 They will not hear any useless speech in it, or any sin. 25 All talk will be sound and upright. 26 And those on the Right Hand, Who will be those on the Right Hand? 27 They shall be in the midst of thornless lote trees, 28 And [banana] trees layered [with fruit] 29 and spreading shade 30 and gushing water, 31 And abundant fruit, 32 That will neither finish, nor ever be stopped. 33 And on Thrones (of Dignity), raised high. 34 Indeed, We have produced the women of Paradise in a [new] creation 35 and made them virgins, 36 intensely loving and of matching age. 37 like of age for the Companions of the Right. 38

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
