But nay, I swear by all that you can see 38 And that which ye see not. 39 That this is verily the word of an honoured messenger; 40 And it is not the word of a poet; little is it that you believe; 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer (or a foreteller), little is that you remember! 42 A sending down from the Lord of all Being. 43 And if he had fabricated against Us some of the sayings, 44 We would surely have seized him by the right hand, 45 then, We would surely have cut from him the aorta (vein) 46 And none of you could withhold Us from (punishing) him. 47 And verily, this Quran is a Reminder for the Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2). 48 And indeed We know that some among you are deniers. 49 And indeed it is a despair for the disbelievers. 50 And indeed it is a certain Truth. 51 So glorify the name of your Lord, the Almighty. 52
