Al-Nesaa 16 of 24
Verily We! We have sent down the Book unto thee with truth that thou mightest judge between people by that which Allah hath shewn thee; and be not thou on behalf of the deceivers a pleader. 105 Seek forgiveness from God. He is All-forgiving and All-merciful. 106 And do not plead on behalf of those who are dishonest to themselves. Surely God does not love one who is treacherous and sinful. 107 They may hide (Their crimes) from men, but they cannot hide (Them) from Allah, seeing that He is in their midst when they plot by night, in words that He cannot approve: And Allah Doth compass round all that they do. 108 You might argue on their behalf in the life of this world: but who will argue on their behalf with God on the Day of Resurrection and who will be their defender? 109 Yet whoso doeth evil or wrongeth his own soul, then seeketh pardon of Allah, will find Allah Forgiving, Merciful. 110 And whoever commits a sin, he only commits it against his own soul; and Allah is Knowing, Wise. 111 One who makes a mistake or commits a sin and ascribes it to an innocent person, he only burdens himself with slander and a grave sin. 112
