Hoarding (Al-Takaathur)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after Bounty (Al-Kawthar) before Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

Competition in [worldly] increase diverts you 1 Until you confronted the graves. 2 But no, indeed, you shall soon know. 3 Again, no indeed; but soon you shall know. 4 Indeed, were you to know the truth with certainty, 5 For ye will behold hell-fire. 6 And again, you shall see it with certainty of sight! 7 On that Day, you shall be questioned about the pleasures. 8

Almighty God's Truth.
