Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Ya Sin. 1 Consider this Qur'an full of wisdom: 2 Most surely you are one of the apostles 3 On a Straight Way. 4 This is a revelation sent down from the Majestic and All-merciful 5 In order that you may warn a people whose forefathers were not warned, so they are heedless. 6 The sentence is surely justified against most of them, for they do not believe. 7 Surely We have put on their necks fetters up to the chin, so their heads are raised; 8 and We have put before them a barrier and behind them a barrier; and We have covered them, so they do not see. 9 It makes no difference to them whether you warn them or do not warn them: they will not believe. 10 Thou canst warn only him who followeth the admonition and feareth the Compassionate, unseen. So bear thou unto him the glad tidings of forgiveness and a generous hire. 11 Lo! We it is Who bring the dead to life. We record that which they send before (them, and their footprints. And all things We have kept in a clear Register. 12
