We rescued the Israelites from the humiliating torment 30 (We delivered them) from Pharaoh. Lo! he was a tyrant of the wanton ones. 31 We knowingly exalted them (i.e., the Children of Israel) above other peoples of the world 32 And sent them tokens to bring out the best in them. 33 Yet those who deny the truth say, 34 there is nothing beyond our first death; we shall not be raised again. 35 Bring us our fathers, if you speak truly!' 36 Are they better than the people of Tubba' and those who came before them? We destroyed them, because they were guilty of sin. 37 And We created not the heavens and the earth, and all that is between them, in play. 38 We did not create them except in truth, but most of them do not know. 39 Indeed the Day of Decision is the appointment for all of them. 40 the Day when no friend shall be of the least avail to his friend, and when none shall be succoured 41 save him upon whom God has mercy; He is the All-mighty, the All-compassionate. 42

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
