Indeed, for the righteous with their Lord are the Gardens of Pleasure. 34 Then will We treat the Muslims like the criminals? 35 What is the matter with you? How judge ye? 36 Is there with you a Book wherein ye study: 37 That indeed for you is whatever you choose? 38 Or, have you an oath from Us that stretches to the Day of Resurrection (if so) you shall surely have what you judge! 39 Ask them: "Which of you is able to vouch for this?" 40 they will receive the same thing that the Muslims will? Do they have any witness to such an agreement? Let them bring out such witness, if they are truthful. 41 On the day when the Shin* will be exposed and they will be called to prostrate themselves, they will be unable. (Used as a metaphor) 42 Downcast will be their looks; abjectness will overspread them. Surely they had been called upon to prostrate themselves while yet they were whole. 43 Then leave Me alone with such as reject this Message: by degrees shall We punish them from directions they perceive not. 44 And I do bear with them, surely My plan is firm. 45 Or is it that thou dost ask them for a reward, so that they are burdened with a load of debt?- 46 Is with them the unseen, so that they write down? 47 So wait with patience for the judgement of your Lord, and do not be like (Jonah) of the fish who called (to his Lord) when he was choked with anger. 48 and who cried (for help) to his Lord, while imprisoned and helpless inside the fish. Had it not been for a favor from his Lord, he would have been left out in the open, deserving blame for his shortcomings. 49 Then his Lord chose him and made him of the righteous. 50 Hence, [be patient,] even though they who are bent on denying the truth would all but kill thee with their eyes whenever they hear this reminder, and [though] they say: "[As for Muhammad,] behold, most surely he is a madman!" 51 When it is naught else than a Reminder to creation. 52
