Al-Ma'aarej 2 of 2

So what is [the matter] with those who disbelieve, hastening [from] before you, [O Muhammad], 36 towards thee on the right hand and on the left hand in knots? 37 Does every person among them aspire to enter a garden of pleasure? 38 By no means! They know that which We have created them from. 39 But nay! I swear by the Lord of the rising-places and the setting-places of the planets that We verily are Able 40 To replace them by (others) better than them. And we are not to be outrun. 41 So leave them to converse vainly and amuse themselves until they meet their Day which they are promised - 42 The Day they will emerge from the graves rapidly as if they were, toward an erected idol, hastening. 43 their eyes are humbled and they are covered with humiliation. Such is the Day that they were promised. 44
