The Splitting (Al-Inshiqaaq)
25 verses, revealed in Mecca after Shattering (Al-Infitaar) before The Romans (Al-Room)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ When the heaven breaks apart. 1 And it listens to the command of its Lord and that befits it. 2 And when the earth is flattened out, 3 And hath cast out all that was in her, and is empty 4 obeying its Sustainer, as in truth it must: 5 O thou man! Verily thou art ever toiling on towards thy Lord- painfully toiling,- but thou shalt meet Him. 6 Then he who is given his Record in his right hand, 7 shall have an easy reckoning 8 And he shall return unto his people joyfully. 9 And whoever is given his record of deeds behind his back 10 Soon will he cry for perdition, 11 and roast at the Blaze. 12 He verily lived joyous with his folk, 13 Surely he thought that he would never return. 14 But he will indeed! His Lord was ever watching him. 15 I swear by the afterglow of sunset, 16 and the night, and what it [step by step] unfolds, 17 And by oath of the moon when it is full. 18 That ye shall journey on from plane to plane. 19 So what is [the matter] with them [that] they do not believe, 20 And when the Qur'an is recited to them, they do not prostrate [to Allah]? ۩ 21 Instead, the unbelievers reject it, calling it a lie. 22 And Allah knows best what they hide, 23 So announce to them a painful punishment~ 24 Except those who believed and did good deeds for them is a reward that will never end. 25
True are the words of God the Almighty.

Notes and Instructions
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
