Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ Have We not expanded for you your breast, 1 And relieve you of the burden – 2 that weighed down your back? 3 And exalted your fame? 4 So indeed with hardship is ease. 5 Indeed with hardship is ease. 6 So when you finish the prayer, strive in supplication. 7 and to your Lord turn [all] your attention. 8
True are the words of God the Almighty.
