The Pharaoh and his people had also received Our warning, 41 but they rejected all Our miracles. So We seized them in the way that a Majestic and All-powerful One would. 42 What, are your unbelievers better than those? Or have you an immunity in the Scrolls? 43 Do they say, "We shall be victorious because we are united?" 44 Most certainly their gatherings shall be routed, and they will turn their backs. 45 Nay, the hour is their promised time, and the hour shall be most grievous and bitter. 46 The evil-doers are victims of error and madness. 47 on the Day when they are dragged into the fire on their faces, it will be said to them, "Now feel the touch of Hell!" 48 We have created everything in a determined measure. 49 We command but once: Our will is done in the twinkling of an eye; 50 We have destroyed the likes of you; is there any that will remember? 51 All their deeds are in the Scrolls, 52 Every matter, small and great, is on record. 53 As to the Righteous, they will be in the midst of Gardens and Rivers, 54 honorably seated in the presence of the All-dominant King. 55
