The nation of Noah, belied their Messengers. 105 When their brother Noah said to them, "Will you not fear Allah? 106 I am a trustworthy messenger for you: 107 so fear Allah and obey me. 108 For this I ask of you no wage, for my wage falls only on the Lord of the Worlds. 109 "So fear Allah, and obey me." 110 ۞ They said: "Shall we believe in thee when it is the meanest that follow thee?" 111 (Noah) said, "I have no knowledge of their deeds. 112 Their account is only with my Lord, if you could perceive 113 And I am not one to drive away the believers. 114 I am only a plain admonisher." 115 They said: If you desist not, O Nuh, you shall most certainly be of those stoned to death. 116 He said: My Lord! Lo! my own folk deny me. 117 So decide Thou between me and them with a decision, and deliver me and those who are with me of the believers. 118 So We saved him, and those who were with him in the laden ark, 119 afterwards, We drowned the rest. 120 There is certainly a sign in that; but most of them do not believe: 121 Your Lord is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 122
