(People), is your creation harder for God than that of the heavens, which He created, raised and established 27 He lifted up its vault, and levelled it, 28 And He darkened its night and extracted its brightness. 29 And after that He spread the earth; 30 He draweth out therefrom its moisture and its pasture; 31 And the mountains He set firmly 32 In order to benefit you and your cattle. 33 But when the Great Catastrophe comes, 34 The day on which man shall recollect what he strove after, 35 and Hell is advanced for whoever sees, 36 Then as for him who waxed exorbitant, 37 And preferred the life of the world, 38 Then indeed hell only is his destination. 39 But as for him who feared to stand before his Lord and restrained his soul from lust, 40 indeed, their refuge shall be Paradise. 41 They ask you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) about the Hour, - when will be its appointed time? 42 What art thou about, to mention it? 43 Unto thy Lord is the Knowledge of the limit fixed therefor. 44 You are only a warner to him who has a fear of it. 45 On the Day whereon they behold it, it will appear to them as though they had not tarried save an evening or the morn thereof. 46
