O ye who believe! Seek help in steadfastness and prayer. Lo! Allah is with the steadfast. 153 And call not those who are slain in the way of Allah "dead." Nay, they are living, only ye perceive not. 154 And We will surely test you with some fear and hunger, and with paucity of wealth and lives and crops; and give glad tidings to those who patiently endure. – 155 who, when they are visited by an affliction, say, 'Surely we belong to God, and to Him we return'; 156 It is they who will receive blessings and mercy from God and who follow the right guidance. 157 ۞ Safa and Marwah are among the symbols set up by God; there is nothing wrong if anyone goes on a pilgrimage to the House, or performs a minor pilgrimage, in walking to and fro between them. Of anyone who does good of his own accord, God is appreciative, and aware. 158 Those who conceal the evidence of the truth and the guidance We have revealed, after We have made them clear to people in the Scripture, will be rejected by God and so do others. 159 Excepted, however, shall be they that repent, and put themselves to rights, and make known the truth: and it is they whose repentance I shall accept - for I alone am the Acceptor of Repentance, the Dispenser of Grace. 160 But those who disbelieve, and die disbelieving shall incur the curse of Allah, the angels, and all people. 161 They ever dwell therein. The doom will not be lightened for them, neither will they be reprieved. 162 Your God is one God; there is no god other than He, the compassionate, ever-merciful. 163
