The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

The Clatterer! 1 What is the Striking? 2 How will you comprehend what the startling calamity is? -- 3 A day wherein mankind will be as thickly-scattered moths 4 And the mountains will be like carded wool, 5 Then as for one whose scales are heavy [with good deeds], 6 will live a pleasant life, 7 And as for him whose measure of good deeds is light, 8 He will have his home in Hawiyah (pit, i.e. Hell). 9 And what shall teach thee what is the Pit? 10 A Blazing Fire! 11

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
