(Muhammad), tell them to travel in the land and see what happened to those who rejected the Truth. 11 Say thou: whose is whatsoever is in the heavens and the earth? Say thou: Allah's. He hath prescribed mercy for Himself. Surely He shall gather you together on the Day of Judgement whereof there is no doubt. Those who have lost themselves shall not believe. 12 ۞ And to Him belongs whatsoever exists in the night and the day, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing." 13 Say, “Shall I choose as a supporter someone other than Allah, Who is the Originator of the heavens and the earth and Who feeds and does not need to eat?” Say, “I have been ordered to be the first to submit myself (to Him), and O people, do not be of the polytheists.” 14 Say thou: I verily fear, if I disobey my Lord, the torment of a Mighty Day. 15 Indeed Allah’s mercy has been upon him, from whom the punishment has been averted on that Day; and this is the clear success. 16 If God sends you harm, there is no one but He who can take it away; and if He bring you good, surely He has power over everything. 17 for He alone holds sway over His creatures, and He alone is truly wise, all-aware. 18 Ask them, "What carries the most weight as a witness?" Tell them it is God. He is a witness between you and me. Say, "This Quran has been revealed to me so that through it I may warn you and whoever it reaches. Do you really bear witness that there are other deities beside God?" Say, "I do not bear witness to this." Say, "He is only one God, and I disown whatever you associate with Him." 19 Those to whom We have given the Scriptures know this as they know their own sons. But those who have ruined their souls will not believe. 20
