۞ And We inspired Moses, saying: Take away My slaves by night, for ye will be pursued. 52 So Firon sent heralds into the cities; 53 'These' they said, 'are a small band, 54 who have certainly provoked our wrath. 55 seeing that we are, verily, a nation united, fully prepared against danger 56 So We expelled them from gardens and fountains, 57 And treasures and honorable station - 58 Thus [We turned them (Pharaoh's people) out] and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit them. 59 So they pursued them at sunrise. 60 And when the two hosts came in view of each other, Moses' companions said: 'We have been reached' 61 He replied: Nay indeed! My Sustainer is with me, [and] He will guide me!" 62 Then We revealed to Moses: 'Strike the sea with your staff', so it divided and each part was as a mighty mount. 63 Then We brought the others to that place. 64 and We saved Moses and those who were with him together, 65 then We drowned the others. 66 Verily in this is a Sign: but most of them do not believe. 67 And indeed your Lord – only He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 68
