Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ WHEN THE SKY is split asunder, 1 When the Stars are scattered; 2 when the seas are made to burst forth, 3 And when the graves are turned upside down (and they bring out their contents) 4 Each soul will know what it had sent ahead and what it had left behind. 5 O man! what has beguiled you from your Lord, the Gracious one, 6 Who created you, proportioned you, and balanced you? 7 and set you in whatever form He pleased? 8 Not at all – but rather you deny the establishment of Justice. 9 And most surely there are keepers over you 10 Honourablel scribes. 11 Who know what you do. 12 Verily, the Abrar (pious and righteous) will be in delight (Paradise); 13 whereas the wicked will be in Hell; 14 They will burn in it on the Day of Judgement, 15 nor shall they ever be absent from it. 16 What do you know what the Day of Recompense is? 17 Again, what will convey unto thee what the Day of Judgment is! 18 It is the Day when no one shall have the power to do anything for another, and all command shall be Allah's. 19
