Nooh 2 of 2

Noah said: "O my Lord! They have disobeyed me, but they follow (men) whose wealth and children give them no increase but only Loss. 21 And who have plotted a tremendous plot 22 and they said [to their followers], "Do not ever abandon your deities: abandon neither Wadd, nor Suwa', and neither Yaghuth, nor Yauq nor Nasr!" 23 And they have led many astray, and Thou increasest the wrong-doers in naught save error. 24 Because of their wrongs they were drowned, then made to enter fire, so they did not find any helpers besides Allah. 25 And Nuh (Noah) said: "My Lord! Leave not one of the disbelievers on the earth! 26 Surely, if Thou leavest them, they will lead Thy servants astray, and will beget none but unbelieving libertines. 27 My Lord, forgive me and my parents, and whoever enters my house as a believer, and forgive all believers, both men and women, and do not increase the wrong-doers in anything except perdition.” 28
