And man saith: when I am daed, Shall I be presently brought forth alive. 66 Does not man remember that We created him before, when he was nothing? 67 So by your Lord, We will surely gather them and the devils; then We will bring them to be present around Hell upon their knees. 68 Then We shall pluck out from every sect whichever of them was most stubborn in rebellion to the Beneficent. 69 We know best who deserves greater suffering in hell fire. 70 And there is none of you except he will come to it. This is upon your Lord an inevitability decreed. 71 We shall deliver those who took heed for themselves, and leave the evil-doers kneeling there. 72 And when Our clear communications are recited to them, those who disbelieve say to those who believe: Which of the two parties is best in abiding and best in assembly? 73 How many generations that had far more wealth and ostentation have We laid low before them! 74 Proclaim, “For one in error so the Most Gracious may give him respite; to the extent that when they see the thing which they are promised either the punishment or the Last Day; so then they will come to know for whom is the evil rank and whose army is weak.” 75 God increases His guidance to those who follow guidance; and lasting good works are better in the sight of your Lord and are most rewarding. 76 Hast thou then seen the (sort of) man who rejects Our Signs, yet says: "I shall certainly be given wealth and children?" 77 What, has he observed the Unseen, or taken a covenant with the All-merciful? 78 By no means! We shall write down that which he saith; and We shall lengthen for him of the torment a length. 79 And We shall inherit from him (at his death) all that he talks of (i.e. wealth and children which We have bestowed upon him in this world), and he shall come to Us alone. 80 And they have taken gods, other than Allah, that they might be a power from them. 81 In fact, they can have no honor; their gods will renounce their worship of idols and will turn against them. 82
